After the United States imposed sanctions on Igor and Gorica Dodik due to their connection with their father, the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, also spoke out, stressing that “they will not succeed in their plan to destroy the Republika Srpska”.

“If they put the unborn children of my family on the ‘black list’, the plan to destroy Republika Srpska will not pass, as long as I am the president,” said Dodik, adding:

“I am glad that they removed Radovan Karadzic’s son from the list, and probably fearing that there is no child of the president of Republika Srpska on that list, they added my son and my daughter faster and better.”

According to him, he is not surprised by the decision to impose sanctions on his children.

“I’m just surprised that in the midst of the conflict in the Middle East and Ukraine, the US has time for my family. When it comes to families, both sons and daughters, I and the world public know that it is the son of the American president who is at the center of the corruption scandal,” he said, Srna reports.
