Dodik: We are coordinating the Activities related to Demarcation with Serbia

President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik said that this BH entity will follow Serbia when it comes to the demarcation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Serbia, and the consent from the RS has already been raised on this issue.

“We have a clear coordination with a side from Serbia and in that aspect we gave consent for demarcation, “ Dodik said, arguing that “there is no wish of a Bosniak component in BiH to do anything in order to solve this issue.”

He confirmed that two members of the Geodetic Authority of RS and Commission for the Borders of BiH will also follow the policies of this BH entity.

He said that he asked on Sunday from Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic that Serbia considers the possibility of paying half of the construction costs for the section of the highway from Bijeljina to the border with Serbia, which would be significant assistance to the RS, as he says.

“I am convinced that Vucic will do everything to solve this issue, because it is necessary for that area, “ Dodik stated.

When it comes to the request for booking military property in Han Pijesak, he repeated the opposition to that process, claiming that “the Court of BiH abused the Constitution.”

“We need to find a way in which such cases would not be imposed to RS in the coming period, “ he added.

Yesterday, Dodik visited the Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs (AGPA) and talked with the Executive Director of that institution, Bosiljka Predragovic, about the priorities for the coming period and the drafting of a special law on Geodetic Administration, in order to improve its work.
