The President of Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, stated that the meeting which was organized on the initiative of the US Ambassador to BiH, Maureen Cormack, related to the elections in Mostar, is continuity of US policy directed against the Serbs in BiH.
“If things were different, Cormack would invite representatives of Serbs in Mostar at yesterday’s meeting, who have a clear position, they were very organized in recent years and showed a very active attitude towards political and any other events in Mostar,” said Dodik.
He emphasized that Ambassador Cormack, by not inviting Serbs to the meeting, practically showed that she does not count on Serbs in that city and that they are no political fact for her.
“On the other hand, we have a very eager attitude of US diplomats when it comes to classes for 10 Bosniak children in a village in the RS, in situations where the RS is only implementing its laws,” stated Dodik.
On the initiative of the US Embassy, in Sarajevo was organized a meeting at which the political representatives of Bosniaks and Croats tried to find a solution on holding local elections in Mostar, which is in a political crisis for 8 years.
