Dodik makes fun of BiH Judiciary: He reported himself to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office

The President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that today he filed charges against the leadership of the Republika Srpska, including himself, and all MPs who supported the adoption of the Law on Non-Enforcement of the Decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the Republika Srpska, as well as all the signatories of the academic community’s petition expressing their dissatisfaction by the work of that court.

“Since no one from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) has done this yet, I decided to file a complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Željka Cvijanović, Radovan Višković, Nenad Stevandić and myself,” Dodik wrote on “Twitter”.

Dodik emphasized that the hatred and hysteria from FBiH, which is directed against Republika Srpska, is becoming unbearable.

“Since we plan to pass a law by which the decisions of the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not be applied in the Republika Srpska, with this application we will not be exempted from prosecution before the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Dodik.

The National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted on Tuesday, June 27, at a special session, the Law on Non-Enforcement of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which stipulates that it will not be applied and executed on the territory of Republika Srpska until the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina passes a law on this court.
