The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik told Srna news agency that he does not share any priorities with Christian Schmidt.
When asked by Srna to comment on OHR’s announcement on “Twitter” that the attempt by the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska to “challenge the authority of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an unacceptable violation of the Dayton Agreement and a threat to the rule of law, and that the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is most responsible for this and that those decisions are illegal,” President Dodik replied that Schmidt is illegally staying in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“The illegal Schmidt is illegally sitting in the position of high representative, so he is not competent at all to say anything about the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska,” Dodik emphasized and said that Schmidt and the OHR employees should deal with themselves, not the Republika Srpska.
He said that for him, as well as for Republika Srpska, Schmidt is illegal and the post of high representative is still vacant.
“BiH does not have a high representative and it is high time for that Schmidt to stop dealing with our institutions and our decisions,” emphasized Dodik.
