President of RS, Milorad Dodik, called yesterday the indictment against Naser Oric a “farce“ and repeated his dissatisfaction with the work of the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H due to which, he said, referendum in RS on the B&H judiciary needs to be held.
Dodik claims that Oric, due to the lack of evidences and survivors and the inability of witnesses to testify due to their age, will be released.
He claims that the referendum in RS will be published, and that after declaration of citizens, for which he is convinced that will be in the sense of the refusal of imposed laws of the high representative, institutions of RS will have a right and possibility to, based on that will of citizens, to bring “regulations that will clearly reflect the attitude of RS on that will of citizens“.
Relating to the statement of the Prime Minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, that RS needs to ask for the return of all jurisdiction taken from them by the high representatives, Dodik said that he encourages to, in other countries in region as well, especially in Serbia, understand that there happened a violation of rights and introduction of illegal judiciary.
“It is important when the Prime Minister of Serbia, Aleksnadar Vucic, or any other official of Serbia, which is a guarantor and signatory of the Dayton Peace Agreement, says it“, said Dodik.
