A member of the BiH Presidency announced that he will file a criminal complaint against the Chairman of the Presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic, if he participates in the Crimean Platform conference.
Let us remind you that an extraordinary session of the Presidency of BiH was held today, where the proposal of BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik that the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sefik Dzaferovic not participate in the conference of the Crimean Platform was rejected.
Dzaferovic received an invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to participate in this event.
After Dzaferovic, in his capacity as chairman of the BiH Presidency, accepted the invitation, Dodik demanded an extraordinary session and proposed the conclusion that Dzaferovic should not participate, which was rejected by the votes of Dzaferovic himself and member of the BiH Presidency Zeljko Komsic.
After that, Dodik announced a criminal complaint.
“My proposal was not to accept participation because BiH does not have established positions on this and that it could mean an even greater deterioration not only of relations with Russia itself and some other factors, but it would also signal that BiH is biased, that it is on one side , if it is not neutral. On the other hand, it would contribute to a significant volume of additional internal disagreements, as we see this time,” Dodik told RTRS.
Dodik claims that the chairman of the BiH Presidency has no other role than to technically schedule the session.
Let us remind you that the Crimean Platform is a diplomatic initiative in which a large number of heads of state and government participate, including all EU and NATO members, and which was initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with the aim of canceling the illegal Russian annexation of Crimea in 2014, Klix.ba writes.
