The city council of Tuzla today adopted the regulatory plan for Irac-Jug at its session today. At the session, it was emphasized that the adoption of the regulatory plan opens the door for a billion-dollar investment!

Namely, Dutch investors together with the owner of the Livnica area decided to build a business-residential neighborhood in Tuzla. The design idea is named Crystalico, Biznis Info business portal reports.

The story about the building a luxurious residential and business complex on the land “Livnice” in Tuzla, which will be one of the largest post-war investments in BiH, Infoplus news portal released the photograph of this complex whose investment is measured in billion BAM.

To recall, the land on which Livnica is located and the complete facilities were purchased by the current Mayor of Kalesija Sead Dzafic, who paid about 14 million BAM and already owns the company Unis Tok in Kalesija as well as the Kovnica in Bileca.

Dzafic decided to dislocate “Livnica” from the city center, and the new location will be known in the coming period.

As part of the residential-business center there will be restaurants, salons, children’s playgrounds etc.

Tuzla’s mayor Jasmin Imamovic said Tuzla is expecting the largest investment so far, which could create a “positive earthquake”, and according to him, amounts to 1 billion BAM.

“It is a group of investors from one European country. More information will be known in the next two months, “Imamovic said.
