[wzslider autoplay=”true”]The Austrian newspaper “Der Standard” presented the Buroj Company’s project in Trnovo as “the biggest tourist city in South Eastern Europe”.

This project of Arab investors reminds of Sun City in Arizona, as written by this newspaper.

In the meantime, Buroj already started selling villas, apartments and condos that are yet to be built. That’s why for a villa with three bedrooms in the future complex, you will have to allocate 231,000 EUR.

For apartment with one bedroom, you will need to allocate about 60,000 EUR, while the slightly cheaper apartments can be bought in a residential neighborhood.

About ten days ago, the investors signed a contract with representatives of the Municipality Trnovo, for a project whose total value is estimated to 4.5 billion BAM.

During the previous period, the Municipality Trnovo has conducted their obligations regarding the declaration of public interest in this area. The Mayor, Ibro Berilo, said that the decision to create a regulatory plan has been made, a court expert determined the prices of land at that site and all property owners were invited to declare if they are interested in selling the land in that area.

Preparation of an urban plan and expropriation of land should take place soon, for which the budget planned 2 million BAM. Buroj got the right to build at this site for 99 years.
