During the night, Moscow was the target of one of the largest Ukrainian drone attacks, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.

The Ministry of Defense announced that Russian forces destroyed 45 Ukrainian drones last night, 11 of which were over the Moscow region.

“This is one of the largest drone attack attempts carried out on Moscow to date,” Sobyanin said on Telegram.

At least three drones were shot down in the Podolsk district, in the south of the Moscow region. No damage was caused in the attack and there were no victims.

Russian forces destroyed 45 Ukrainian drones – 11 over the Moscow region, 23 over Bryansk, six over Belgorod, three over Kaluga and two over Kursk, Srna news agency writes.
