Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sefik Dzaferovic assessed that it is necessary to increase the international military presence in BiH.

Yesterday evening, after a meeting with the British Prime Minister’s Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Stuart Peach in Sarajevo, Dzaferovic stressed that they had a very important meeting and discussed the current situation in the country, as well as sending additional troops within the EUFOR mission.

He pointed out that he said at the meeting that in BiH it is necessary to respect the Office of the High Representative in BiH and strengthen the international military presence.

“It would be a small effort of the international community for a great thing in BiH. Today, we heard messages of support for the unity and integrity of BiH, the EU and NATO path, the OHR and the High Representative, reforms, but also EUFOR,” explained Dzaferovic.
