Džumhur played great Match against Federer

matchBH tennis player, Damir Džumhur, offered decent resistance in the 3rd round of Roland Garros, to the one of the best players of the world, Swiss Roger Federer.

Roger Federer celebrated against the best BH tennis players with 3: 0 in sets, with a score 6: 4, 6: 3, 6: 2.

The key moment of the first set happened with the score 2: 2, when Federer earned a break to Džumhur. Finally, it turned out that it was enough to win the first set which ended with a score 6: 4 for Federer.

At the very beginning of the second set, Federer earned another break and continued with the excellent game. At a score of 5: 2 Damir managed to earn a break and reduce the result to 5: 3 in the second set. However, Federer celebrated during Džumhur’s service in the ninth game of the second set, and increased the score in sets to 2: 0.

In the fourth game of the third set, Federer earns the break and leads with the score 3: 1. Eventually, Federer celebrated with 6: 2 in the third set.

Our tennis player showed great game, he made several excellent points, especially the drop-shoots, which were rewarded with applause by the audience at the Centre Court at Roland Garros.

On his way to the 3rd round, Džumhur left behind Mikhail Youzhny and Marcos Baghdatis from Cyprus. It is indisputable that the Swiss, Roger Federer, who is the second racket of the world, was a big challenge for our player. However, on the end of the day, Džumhur showed that he can definitely compete with the best tennis players of the world and his time is yet to come.
