posao-internetThe main objective of portal boljiposao.com is to improve the labor market by connecting employers and employees, said the Director of the Portal Aida Zejčirović at a presentation of the planned activities of this company.

She added that one of their activities is the improvement of Human Resources services as a basic factor in the labor market.

‘’From this year, we are under the ownership of company TCM Adria, which is a member of the group Trader Media East (TME), operating in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe. TME, whose majority owner is Dogan Holding from Turkey, employees 3.190 people in nine countries, has 163 printed titles with 4,8 million readers a month, as well as 25 portals with 20 million monthly visitors’’, explained Zejčirović.

She said that these changes gave them great enthusiasm for the B&H market to be brought to at least the level of neighboring Croatia, and to enable the B&H market to have a modern job matching.

Zejčirović urged employers and employees to contact them if they have any problems in the selection of e-personnel and added that they are ready to come to any address if a particular company needs a presentation of their services or to offer free workshops to train young people how to use the system.

‘’E-personnel is the future of employment and we want to present this service as much as we can in our market’’, underlined Zejčirović.

She announced that they intend to promote occupations in demand in cooperation with vocational schools, in order to make these professions more attractive to young people.

From this year, Boljiposao.com has a new design and platform, and an improvement of services for employers and employees. Its database has more than 5.000 employers, more than 47.000 CV’s, and there are between 300-400 job advertisements with multiple positions a month.
