Easyfood Delegation Met with the New Management of Klas

easyfood-delegation-met-with-the-new-management-of-klas_1414492002The delegation of Easyfood, specialized for the production of bread and rolls, came to visit Klas d.d. Sarajevo, with the purpose to extend the contract and cooperation which lasts from 2003.

„We wanted to meat with the new management of Klas, talk about development plans and negotiate new joint projects. We are especially glad that we have the same BUSINESS approach and values​​ – speed and flexibility. Precisely these values ​​are essential to conquer new MARKETS. We also visited the production plant of Klas and once again assure our self with the strict APPLICATION of internationally recognized quality management standards,” said Flemming Paasch, CEO of Easyfood.

Adnan Hodžić, associate director of Klas, presented the financial data of AS Group under which Klas JSC  operates . The Easyfood delegation was especially impressed with the data of the forecast SALES revenue of over 100 million €.

„We believe that an intensive cooperation with Easyfood will bring us to even higher SALES results. Besides the actual export of frozen products on the Scandinavian market, we will enter in a new segment – organic industry. We will collaborate with Easyfood on the implementation of new quality standards, because as we believe this is an entry ticket for the challenging European and global market”, said Rusmir Hrvić, the CEO of Klas Sarajevo. He also added that at the very beginning of November, Klas will send samples of puff pastry products which have an estimation of over 12 million pieces/year in sales.

Easyfood is a modern and innovative company due to, strong partnership with large European bakeries which have high-quality products and act according to the internationally recognized BUSINESS standards.

“Klas precisely has those attributes. Strict application of HACCP system and ISO standards, hygiene on the highest level, modern and automated production process and a large capacity. We visited many bakeries in Europe, and Klas is definitely among the best”, said Heidi Holt, quality manager of Easyfood.

Partnership with Danish bakery, which cooperates with large fast food chains like McDonalds and French Quick, is very significant and useful to Klas. Apart from the exchange of knowledge and experiences, Danes bring news from this industry from the most developed European markets to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
