Economic Zone “Vučilov brig” Chance for Investors

tomislavgrad-3The economic zone “Vučilov brig” is one of the main indicators of the economic development of the municipality of Tomislavgrad.

Many activities of the municipality are centered on attracting investors for this zone, and in the last period there have been planned works to start with its realization.

Also, in order to attract potential investors, the municipality is working everyday on lobbying, and this is also illustrated by the fact that the price of the land for the facilities on the area of the entire municipality was reduced from 14,5 KM/m2 to 1 KM/m2.

In addition to the construction of the manufacturing plants, three new facilities have started with construction.

“In recent years in the zone, “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” began with the construction of business buildings, and started with the construction of manufacturing facilities “Gradnja Zrno”, “Alfa – plast”-a, and companies “Interijer A&J” from Tomislavgrad – according to municipality Tomislavgrad.

In the area of “Vučilov briga”, there are already four businesses: Intergradnja”, “Dankić MM”, “Kamen Galir”, and “T-Economic”.

Otherwise, the economic zone “Vučilov brig” was founded in 2002 and is found in the vicinity of the main road Tomislavgrad-Posušje, and covers an area of 15 hectares.
