Obuke.baThe fourth fair ‘Virtual day of careers and knowledge 2013’, which is held from 16 to 23 October, through interactive communication connects visitors to the fair with the most successful companies in which there is a possibility of employment, and with educational institutions where they could learn all about the possibilities of further education and training.

Combining these two acute needs of the labor market in B&H-education and employment opportunities, the German governmental organization GIZ, in mid 2013 and in cooperation with partners, established portal www.obuke.ba within the program support for adult education, whose ultimate goal is to level the supply of offers and demand of the labor market in B&H.

The aim of the project is to strengthen offers in the field of non-formal education for adults. For this purpose, the project seeks to identify the specific issues that until now have not had training programs, to prepare them and implement them for a particular group of students. Only the systematically identified and educated staff can contribute to improving the quality of business and any other industry.

At this moment, portal www.obuke.ba offered 328 various trainings in many areas and this number is constantly rising.
