Efendic on Candidacy for a Member of the Presidency: We need Quality Change

The President of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Mayor of the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo will be a candidate for the Presidency of BiH in the General Elections of 2026 – confirmed Efendić for Fena news agency.

As he stated, the election of the members of the BiH Presidency will determine the composition of the future government, and therefore it is the responsibility of the Party for BiH towards the state and citizens to take full responsibility.

“We believe that if the candidate of the Troika wins the elections for the member of the BiH Presidency, then the Troika will remain in power with the help of HDZ and SNSD, and that is not good for Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Efendić.

He believes that BiH needs a quality change of government at all levels.

“In the coming period, we will talk about all this in more detail,” said Efendić.
