The environmental association “Drin-Tim” is organizing on Saturday, 6 July the “Višegrad Regata” under the slogan “Together for a Cleaner and More Beautiful Drina River”.
The departure of participants in the race begins at 10:00 from the bridge on the Drina, and the arrival to Stari Brod is planned for after 12:00.
In the camp in Stari Brod, environmental and sports activities will be organized. The return to Višegrad is planned for around 19:00.
It is possible to submit an application for participation at this traditional tourist and environmental event until 5 July.
Last year, around 500 citizens with more than 50 boats participated at the “Višegrad Regata”.
During the drive, the waste floating in the lower Drina river canyon was cleaned.
