State company “Elektroprenos BiH” announced the first five tenders for the power network equipment purchase in B&H, announced the News Agency Patria (NAP).
According to the public announcements on the website of this company, since 14 April tenders of more than 16 million BAM in total have been announced.
“Elektroprenos BiH” with the new administration started to function after several years of the complete blockage of this state company operation, due to which more than 300 million BAM of funds for investments are accumulated.
A significant amount of equipment, switches, transformers and others should be procured and all of this as is expected will be incorporated into the revitalization of the electric network. According to the published tenders, domestic companies that will apply will have preferential treatment in accordance with applicable regulations.
With the tender for the procurement of equipment, “Elektroprenos BiH” has announced several vacancies for hiring employees with experience and trainees. 94 people will be hired through 10 competitions in Banja Luka, Mostar, Sarajevo and Tuzla. The company is looking for engineers, lawyers, economists, installers, constructions technicians etc, announces NAP.
