Emil Hajrić is a young entrepreneur from BiH who proved that hard work and persistence do pay off. He designed software Helpjuice, tool which is included among 100 most useful tools on the Internet and which is used by many companies, and that bring income to Hajrić and his small team, reports Klix.ba

During the war he went to the USA where he spent the largest part of his childhood and in 2003 he returned to BiH, finished high school and then went to Austin in order to make a contract with Capital Factor Company as a programmer.

Even though he had many failed programs, he did not quit. He firmly believed that one day he’ll succeed and create a software that will be useful and that will bring money.

‘Helpjuice’ is a software that enables companies to offer the support to users, by typing a question, so that companies would not need to hire many people for costumers’ support.

Thanks to that project, when he finished high-school he made a contract with Capital Factor Company from Austin, and they gave him 20 000 USD to form innovative and creative company, but he failed and returned to BiH.

But, when he returned to BiH, he continued working on his software, and Huffington Post named Helpjuice one of the 100 most useful tool on the Internet.

Today, Hajrić has his own company Helpjuice that employs six people, and their revenue is growing by 30% each month.

He noted that he is an example that the road to success is hard but that persistence does pay off, and added that success consists of 40% focus, 55% work and 5% idea.
