Special Representative of the EU to BiH Peter Sorensen said that the EU appreciates the role and the efforts of Brčko District for its successful contribution in the process of EU integration.
”This has been demonstrated with the opening of the EU Office in Brčko, which established a strong coordination and direct communciation with government bodies and will all important institutions and organizations in the District”, said Sorensen during his visit to Brčko.
After the meeting with representatives of the executive and legislative government bodies of Brčko, Sorensen thanked the new government for setting priorities, and before all, its determination to fight against corruption and crime.
