Remzo Daviddi, Deputy Head of the EU Delegation in BiH, Roland Gilles, the Ambassador of France in BiH, Emanuel Suprowicz, the Charge d’Affaires of the Polish Embassy in BiH, and Jean-Pierre Biebuyck, the Head of the Diplomatic Office of Belgium in BiH visited yesterday the Municipality of Kiseljak, where they spoke with the mayor Mladen Mišurić-Ramljak.

Mišurić-Ramljak familiarized the EU delegation and diplomats from EU countries on the political and economic situation in Kiseljak Municipality.

He also discussed EU integration, and guests mentioned that the construction of Corridor 5-C and the development of infrastructure in Kiseljak Municipality can only bring positive effects and connect them to Europe.

After Kiseljak, they visited Fojnica.

“We heard from the mayor of Fojnica of the problems the citizens of that municipality and the local government face in their everyday lives”, said Roland Gilles, the French Ambassador to BiH after talks with the mayor of Fojnica, Salkan Merdžanić.

Gilles said that he had discussed about the problems that exist regarding the relations between different levels of government, municipalities, cantons and entities, and concluded that the FBiH needs reform.

When asked by journalists whether the visit to Kiseljak and Fojnica has anything to do with the announcements on the recent initiatives for reform of FBiH, the Deputy Head of the EU Delegation in BiH, Renzo Daviddi, said that the visit began nearly a year ago, and noted that the international community will not interfere in the reconstruction of the federal government, reports TV Kiss.
