European Day of Combating Human Trafficking

Stop-Human-TraffickingB&H Ministry of Security and the Department for Combating Human Trafficking will mark  18th October the European day to combat human trafficking.

The celebration of this day will be organized in cooperation with representatives of the regional offices, B&H State Investigation and Protection Agency and NGO ”Nova Generacija” from Banja Luka, NGO ”Novi put” from Mostar, HUG ”Zemlja dejce”  from Tuzla and Association XY and NGO MFS EMMAUS from Sarajevo. The activities will be organized at the same time in Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka and Tuzla.

A press conference will be organized at Sarajevo art cinema Kriterion, starting at 11:30. Association XY, at 12:00 at the same location will organize a panel discussion on the topic of prevention of human trafficking in B&H. The panelists and guests of the panel discussion are National Coordinator for Combating Trafficking of Human Beings and Illegal Migration Samir Rizvo, representatives of the State Investigation and Protection and students of high school Pete.
