At an extraordinary telephone session on Tuesday evening, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed a Decision on amending the Decision on approving funds of the current reserve of the Budget of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The amendment enables the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH to use commercial flights, as well as all other modes of transport, in addition to charter flights, during the evacuation of BiH citizens from the Middle East to save their lives.

“This, at the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, enables a more effective and more accessible implementation of last week’s decision of the Council of Ministers of BiH, which approved 800,000 BAM from the current reserve for the evacuation of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the countries of the Middle East,” announced the Information Service of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
