The escalation of situation between the SDA and Party for B&H might happen soon, even before the coalition came to life, and because of the Law on Forests of the FB&H.
Party for B&H has several times emphasized that if they are going to enter in the coalition, they will be doing it strictly for the Euro-Atlantic path of B&H, and in order to be a constructive partner, but with the condition on which there is no discussion and that is the absolute protection of state property.
“Parliament of FB&H is preparing the Law on Forests of FB&H, and this way the SDA would practically legalize the division of state property in a perfidious way, on its own initiative. This is not even in question for the Party for B&H and they are already seriously talking about stopping the negotiation process, as they clearly stated that they will not give up of their principles,” said a source.
The SDA is further complicating things with the appointment of the Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda B&H, without any consultation with the Party for B&H, which, according to the agreement, was supposed to be a domain of the Party for B&H in the new composition of the Government of FB&H.
