In organisation of branch of Croat Cultural Society ”Napredak” in Tuzla, last night, in gallery ”Kristian Kerković” a retrospective painting exhibition from the International Arts Colony ”Breške” was opened, reports FENA.

Visitors will have the opportunity to watch paintings of 15 artists from BiH, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and Hungary.

During their time in Breške, artists left around 40 arts pieces, from paintings to sculptures.

All fifteen artists gave a part of them to their painting, and with that they gave the paintings different characteristics and personal experience of their surroundings.

‘It was my honour to participate at International Arts Colony ‘Breške’ for the fourth time. My diptych ‘People’s Dance’ is among the exhibited paintings, said Boris Pejić, student of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Široki Brijeg.

International Arts Colony ‘Breške’ is one of the most significant cultural events in BiH, and it became well-known outside BiH.

With this exhibition HKD ‘Napredak’ gives its contribution to development of cultural scene of Tuzla.
