Expert group for preparing proposals for change of FBiH Constitution is continuing its consultations

Expert group for preparing proposals for change of FBiH Constitution in the past period has held a series of meeting with representatives of NGOs, government organisations and with representatives of international community in BiH.

Apart from talks with representatives of FBiH Parliaments, they also talked with representatives of Central Election Commission of BiH, with leading figures of judicial institutions of BiH- High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH, Constitutional Court of BiH, FBiH Prosecutor’s Office, Supreme Court of FBiH, mayor and vice-president of Brčko District Assembly, with representatives of cantonal Executive and Legislative, with European Integration Directorate, with EU Delegation, OHR and OSCE.

Expert group will continue with organising meeting with institutions of FBiH, RS and with institutions of cantons, with representatives of local governments, NGOs and with representative of academic community.

The goal of consultative meeting is to analyse the current situation with the aim of defining recommendations which would lead to better functioning of FBiH.

It is not yet known how Money will be provided for the Elections in BiH
