The president of SDA, Bakir Izetbegovic, received the ambassador of the Russian Federation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Igor Kalabukhov, with whom he discussed the current political situation in BiH and the crisis that the regime of Milorad Dodik permanently causes with continuous assaults on the constitutional and legal order of BiH, it was stated from SDA.

Izetbegovic reminded Ambassador Kalabukhov of the SNSD Declaration from 2015, whose final goal is the partition of BiH. With such an attitude of the authorities of the Republika Srpska (RS) entity, the situation is destabilized not only in BiH but also in the entire region.

Izetbegovic emphasized that the decisions of the institutions of BiH, the Court, and the Central Election Commission (CEC) must be respected and that a departing politician should not be an obstacle in the development of correct relations between the two states.

He expressed expectations that instead of unselective support for one side, Russian policy in the future will be more balanced, which would significantly contribute to stabilizing the situation, it was stated in the announcement.
