The acting prosecutor of the Canton Sarajevo Prosecutor’s Office proposed to the Sarajevo Municipal Court that the suspects Samedin Fišić, Semir Dučić and Ivan Majić be detained for one month, while Jelena Hribar Hadžić was released, since there was no legal basis for proposing detention.
Custody of Fišić, Dučić and Majić was proposed because of the risk that the suspects could repeat the crime if they were at liberty, while Majić was also proposed because of the risk of escape, the KS Prosecutor’s Office announced.
Samedin Fišić, (1981) from Konjic, Semir Dučić (1986) from Sarajevo, Ivan Majić (1992) from Sinj, a citizen of Croatia and Jelena Hribar Hadžić (1983) from Tuzla, arrested on Wednesday in the “Panther” action, are suspected of the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs as a co-perpetrator.
