Experts from Louvre help the National Museum of BiH

experts-louvreMinister of Civil Affairs of BiH Adil Osmanović and Ambassador of France to BiH Claire Bodonyi spoke about the possibilities for cooperation in the fields of culture and sports. Special attention was dedicated to the situation in the National Museum of BiH in Sarajevo, and the French Ambassador announced that her country will help in the process of arrangement of a room for the preservation of Haggadah.

Ambassador Bodonyi also said that the French museum Louvre expressed interest in cooperation, with the aim of creating staff for quality management in the National Museum of BiH.

Minister Osmanović welcomed the possibility for establishment of cooperation with Louvre and emphasized that the significance of the National Museum of BiH exceeds the borders of the country.

Also, the need for cooperation in the field of fight against illegal trade of artistic works was expressed, as well as the need for the signing of an agreement on film co-production.

Ambassador Bodonyi expressed the readiness of her country to contribute to the organization of the European Youth Olympic Festival, through the design of a study on the situation of ski resorts in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the necessary investments. Minister Osmanović and Ambassador Bodonyi expressed satisfaction with activities being implemented in BiH regarding this sport event that is to be held in 2019.
