The official opening of the company “Zeochem” from Zvornik, which is dealing with processing of zeolite and chromatographic gels and is part of the CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG group, is planned for Monday, May 7, as announced from this factory.
This company from Switzerland recently put the production lines of a newly built factory in Zvornik into operation, and therefore, its opening is important for the local community and the entire BiH.
An interesting fact is that the company moved all 5 production lines from its plant in Uetikon, Switzerland, to Zvornik. The entire plant was practically disassembled and transported to BiH in 100 rides of a truck.
This project will largely increase the competitiveness of the company on a global level, because besides the existing ones in Switzerland, USA and China, the newly built factory in Zvornik will export its products to all continents as well.
The new factory “Zeochem” is part of a multi-million investment (about 9 million CHF). It recently started working and it now employs 39 workers.
This new “European” plant “Zeochem” is located near the company “Alumina”, which is a long-standing partner of “Zeochem” and is an indirect participant in the project as a serious supplier of raw materials, as announced from the factory.
