Fahrudin Radoncic, B&H politician and President of the Union for a Better Future (SBB) will stay in detention, as decided by the Court of B&H.
The Court assessed that there is danger of influencing witnesses, obstruction of justice etc. Custody under this decision may last until the 25th of February 2016 or until new decision of the Court.
Detention for Radoncic, according to the prosecutor Bozo Mihajlovic, was proposed due to the reasonable suspicion that the suspect committed the criminal offense of obstruction of an investigation. Also, the State Prosecution charged Radoncic for association for commiting the crime and promising illegal rewards or benefits.
At a hearing that started yesterday at 4 p.m., prosecutor read 120 pages of intercepted telephone conversations, Viber and SMS messages.
They, said Mihajlovic, proved the opinion of the Prosecution of B&H that Radoncic, together with Bakir Dautbasic and Bilsena Sahman, intimidated Azra Saric, a former girlfriend of the murdered Ramiz Delalic and witness in court case in Kosovo against Naser Keljmendi.
To recall, last night was held six hours long intense discussion in the Court of B&H on the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H to impose a one-month custody for Fahrudin Radoncic.
Radoncic, leader of the Union for the Future of B&H (SBB) and a member of the House of Peoples, was arrested on Monday, the 25th of January. Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested him in Hadzici due to suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice in the framework of the action Lutka 2 (Doll2).
