One of the largest fan zones “Dragon’s Nest 2018” was opened in the capital of BiH at the Liberation Square – Alija Izetbegovic.

The first football match of the World Cup “Russia 2018” was played in Moscow on Thursday afternoon at the Luzhniki Stadium, where the team of Russia defeated the team of Saudi Arabia with a score 5: 0.

That match, despite of light rain, was followed by Sarajevan and tourists, as well as the Mayor of the Municipality Stari Grad, Ibrahim Hadzibajric.

Hadzibajric thanked the organizers and added that the Municipality of Stari Grad will technically and administratively support the realization of the project “Dragon’s Nest” again this year.

“Our co-operation started back in the year of 2014 during World Cup in Brazil, and it continued in the year of 2016 during “Euro 2016” in France. We believe that this project has great significance for the tourist offer of the Municipality of Stari Grad, as well as the promotion of sports,” noted Mayor Hadzibajric.

“Dragon’s Nest” will be open until July 15, and all the fans of football will be able to follow all the matches of the World Cup “Russia 2018” on a large screen inside the tent.

The organizers prepared numerous games, live betting, info counters, and food corners again this year. This heaven for football fans will work every day  from 10:00 a.m. to midnight during the World Cup.
