FB&H-27.4 % More Tourists in May, Number of Overnight Stays Increased As Well

turisti63.906 tourists visited FB&H, which is 4.1 % less than in May 2013, while is 27.4 % more than in April 2014. 24.9 % is the total number of local tourists and 75.1 % foreign tourists.

The total number of tourists overnight stays in May 2014 is 120.589, which is 1.0 % more than in May 2013 and 35.9 % more than in April 2014.

According to the FB&H Department for Statistics, 22.9 % is the total number of overnight stays of local tourists and 77.1 % of foreign tourists.

In the structure of foreign tourists, most overnight stays achieved tourists from Turkey (15.3 percent), Italy (11.5 percent), Croatia (8.4 percent), USA (5.3 percent) Slovenia (5.1 percent ) and South Korea (5.0 percent), which is a total of 50.6 percent. Tourists from other countries achieved 49.1 percent overnight stays.
