From January 26th to 30th, special agents for special operations (SWAT) of the FBI provided advanced training to tactical units of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).

Special units of the ministries of internal affairs of the Republika Srpska (RS) and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), as well as the Brcko District Police, were also trained.

“The United States (U.S.) is proud of its partnership with BiH in strengthening our joint capacity to fight organized crime and drug trafficking,“ the U.S. Embassy in BiH said.

They added that by sharing professional expertise and strengthening capacities, they support a safer and more secure future for both of our countries and the entire region.
