Federal Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts Vojin Mijatović says that he learned from the media that POSKOK filed an indictment against him.
“From the beginning of the investigation, I cooperated in full capacity with the acting prosecutor and investigative authorities, and it will be the same in the continuation of this procedure. I claim once again that everything was done in accordance with the law and that it is a political process, which we will prove. If the Supreme Court of FBiH confirms the indictment, during the court process, I am sure, we will prove that everything was done in accordance with the law,” Mijatović said in a statement to Fena.
Also, as he pointed out, it is indicative that everything is happening just the day before the start of the election campaign, but that, he says, does not change the fact that the public must know everything and hear all sides in this process.
“Although the cases in which the investigation has been going on for years, and which were taken over by POSKOK, are still sitting in drawers and gathering dust, the proceedings against me were resolved promptly and surprisingly quickly. This suddenly awakened ‘efficiency’ will not, however, disrupt my trust in the judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Minister Mijatović.
