Federal Police Administration announces Details of Major Operation near Mostar

The Federal Police Administration has published the details of a major police operation codenamed “Veja”, which was carried out in the area of ​​Drežnica near Mostar.

As they point out, the action is the result of several months of planned and complex operational activities of the Federal Police Administration, during which knowledge was gathered about the existence of several locations where there are plantations of the Cannabis sativa L plant.

Acting on the order of the Municipal Court in Mostar, police officers of the Federal Police Administration searched the house and the adjoining grounds, during which 1,679 stems of the Cannabis sativa L plant were found on a total of 12 plantations.

In connection with the mentioned activities, two persons are suspected, B.E. (1974) and K.S. (1972).

The operational action has ended, while investigative activities in the cases related to the mentioned suspects are continuing under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office.

The action was carried out under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
