At today’s session in Sarajevo, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed a Decision on prescribing a direct price control measure by determining the highest price level for pellets. This decision prescribes the highest selling price of pellets, which cannot exceed 480 KM plus VAT in the retail trade, per ton in all packages.
The FBiH Ministry of Trade proposed the adoption of this decision to the Government of the Federation of BiH, and the reason for prescribing this measure was the prevention and suppression of unrealistic price determination and possible unfair behavior of individual producers and traders of pellets, protection of the economic interests of citizens and enabling the orderly supply of the market.
