Festival ARTz in Tuzla from 1st until 7th June

artzFestival of contemporary arts ARTz will be held from 1st until 7th June. Festival ARTz is supported by the Foundation of Tuzla community and Municipality of Tuzla, and it represents the new wave of cultural life through the arts discipline typical for Tuzla. Moreover, it represents the opportunity for young people to actively educate and include in the production of festival which empowers them as young potential managers in culture and future artistic professionals.

Festival of arts ART, has an aim the promotion of young artists (in the first place professionals) who accomplish their creative work on the territory of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The Festival was imagined as a 7 day program with all ancompassing activities and accompanying workshops.

This year Festival is taking place for the first time in Tuzla’s temple of arts Atelje Ismet Mujezinović, on the complex of Panon lakes and in JU BKC TK Tuzla.

“Festival ARTz is made as a need of young people-artists for cultural changes in the society in which we live. Moreover, it has an aim to bring the European cultural spirit in our city, which is reflected in untypical of Festival: program content (Drum & Bass show, ballet, audio-visual electronic workshops, open cinema, ambient promotions of literal masterpieces, concerts of ethno and classic music, Shakespeare on Screen & Elizabetan theatre workshops etc.)”
