Fikret Prevljak lands in Sarajevo, Police detained him at the Airport

Fikret Prevljak, a former general in the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina landed in Sarajevo today and was detained at the airport by the Border Police, the media reports.

According to them, Prevljak, who is wanted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, had a flight from Istanbul to Sarajevo, and landed at the Sarajevo airport at 12:30 p.m.

The border police detained him at the airport, and the BiH Prosecutor’s Office was informed.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a warrant for Prevljak, who is charged with war crimes in Hrasnica, “Avaz” reports.
