Film ‘‘Djeca’’ is planned to air at the festival in Siberia, said BiH producer Aida Begić.

She added that the idea started in St. Petersburg where it was first shown, and then in Kazan. Begić said that the film will soon air in Geneva.

”We’ve closed the airing in BiH, and now we plan to air it in Slovenia, while in France it’ll start in spring”, said Begić who already is working on a new film.

Concerning the nomination of the film for MPSE Golden Reel Awards, Begić said: ” Our film was nominated by the American Association of Sound Editors, in category of foreign film for the best sound. We’ll compete with one of the greatest films of this year such as ”Amour” by Michael Haneke. This is a great success for BiH film industry, and it is the first time that someone from the region was nominated for this award.”
