Fire of Anatolia again in Sarajevo?

fire of anatoliaThe dance group “Fire of Anatolia” will perform in Sarajevo for the second time.

Unofficially, this dance spectacle should be held on 19th May in Sarajevo’s Skenderija, reports Faktor.

To recall “Fire of Anatolia”, delighted Bosnians on 29th March 2013.

The main dancer Perit Kuban Yancatoral who also participated in the play in 2006 in Sarajevo said that the ‘The Fire of Anatolia’ was the first group to visit BiH after the war, and added that he’s very happy because people of BiH have put aside all the bad memories.

The Fire of Anatolia or Anadolu Ateşi is a Turkish dance group consisting of 120 dancers, several choreographers and other technical staff. The group has performed in more than 85 countries from the USA to China and Japan, in front of an audience of approximately 20 million people altogether.

Fire of Anatolia holds two Guinness records, one for fastest dance performance with 241 steps per minute and another for largest audience, 400 000 people in Ereğli, in the Black Sea Region of the country
