First Honorary Consulate of B&H in Australia

1390718_713622008666892_2052314817_nThe first honorary consulate of B&H in Australia was established yesterday in Sidney, Australia and with the responsibility of the state of New South Wales, announced the Embassy of B&H in Canberra.

Christopher may began his mandate as the honorary consulate of B&H.

The Ambassador of B&H to Australia and New Zealand Damir Arnaut initiated the establishment of this honorary consulate in order to allow the further promotion of economic, cultural and tourist potentials of B&H in the biggest city in Australia.

Christopher May was nominated as the honorary consulate because he is a very successful businessman and the owner of influential art galleries in Sydney.

Ambassador Arnaut and honorary consulate May identified the main directions of actions in their official meetings. May said that his first activity will be to establish a high-quality weekly magazine intended for B&H citizens in Australia.

The honorary consulate is situated in the Observatory Tower, one of the most prestigious buildings in Sydney.
