Flowers laid on Graves of Six Babies killed in Bjelave Dormitory

The Canton Sarajevo delegation laid flowers on the memorial to six babies in the city cemetery “Vlakovo”, marking the twelfth anniversary of the tragic death of the youngest fellow citizens in the “Bjelave” children’s dormitory.

The flowers were laid and tribute paid by the deputy chairman of the Assembly of Canton Sarajevo Smiljana Viteskic, Danijela Kristic and Vibor Handzic, a representative of the Assembly of CS Vildana Beslija and the Minister of Labor, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees in the Government of CS Malik Garibija.

On 22nd April 2007, the youngest Medina Bostandzija, Al`dina-Dalal Akmadzic, Amin Custovic, Dzemal Sabanovic, Faik Krasnici and Damir Pejanovic died when fire broke out, while 18 children were injured.
