Foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) at the end of May this year amounted to 15.53 billion BAM, and compared to the previous month, an increase in foreign exchange reserves of 198.7 million BAM, or 1.3 percent, was recorded.
Total loans to domestic sectors at the end of May amounted to 22.42 billion BAM, and compared to the previous month, an increase of 33.2 million BAM was recorded.
The annual growth rate of total loans in May this year was 3.9 percent, and nominally 850.9 million BAM, the CBBH states in its commentary on monetary developments in May.
The total deposits of the domestic sectors at the end of May this year amounted to 29.73 billion BAM and compared to the previous month they increased by 319.4 million, or 1.1 percent. The annual growth rate of total deposits in May was 8.4 percent, which is 2.3 billion BAM in absolute terms.
