What were Foreigners supposed to do 15 Years ago?

CovicIt is about time that, 25 – 26 years after documents from Dayton, BH institutions take responsibility in all institutions in BiH, as they are, said Dragan Covic yesterday in Banja Luka.

The leader of the HDZ announced that his party would raise the issue of Sejdic – Finci by the end of this month.

“This means changes to the Constitution of BiH because today we do not have the two-third majority. When we change the strings, we’re going to amend the Law on Elections. We want to ensure the equality of nations, remove the backlog of the past and deal with economic issues. We will need much more understanding for each other. I had a conversation with Radoncic, yesterday was held the meeting of leaders in power at the state level, then in Banja Luka, and next week meeting with other political parties in Sarajevo,” said Covic, who believes that the talks will contribute to the formation of a different environment.

“The Constitutional Court is not a judicial institution and it has clearly defined tasks,” said the member of the Presidency of BiH.

“The thing is to transform the institution with three foreigners and go to local judges. This time, the Presidency of BiH did not want to put this on the agenda in accordance with the regulations that define the role of the constitutional judges when it comes to foreign citizens. We showed that someone chooses representatives without any communication. We want to regulate this with the law. The fight for foreigners in any institution of BiH is fighting against BiH,” stated Covic.

“Or there is the other option, which we should have done 15 years ago – take all of us from the power, without the need for elections, so that foreigners can make a state for which they think that will work. Today we have a special hybrid operation, with false protection mechanisms.”
