“I expect intensive engagement of all levels of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s authorities, non-governmental and international organizations in the process of digital transformation so that our citizens and businessmen feel the benefits of that process as soon as possible,” said the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Forto at the second meeting he held today with representatives of development agencies, banks and embassies that finance and implement projects related to digital transformation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The meeting discussed future projects that these institutions plan to implement in Bosnia and Herzegovina in coordination with the Ministry.
The interlocutors agreed that the EU funds that Bosnia and Herzegovina will receive by opening negotiations will be significant for digital transformation, as well as investments in digital infrastructure and the launch of e-services, the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH announced.
