Four People suspected of causing Public Danger arrested in Mostar

Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) with the assistance of police officers from the Ministry of Interior of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, arrested four people suspected of causing general danger in Mostar.

On that occasion, the following were discovered and temporarily seized: four hunting carbines, a hunting rifle, an automatic rifle, an M48 rifle with an optical sight, a small-caliber rifle, a 9 mm “Glock” pistol, two revolvers, a silencer, a scope for a automatic rifle, 235 rounds of 7.62 mm ammunition, 518 rounds of ammunition for a rifle of unknown caliber, 269 rounds of pistol ammunition, 172 rounds of 308 caliber ammunition, 16 rounds of 9×19 mm ammunition, 189 rounds of 223 caliber ammunition, 78 rounds of small-caliber ammunition, as well as other items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings,”, SIPA announced.

The operation, called “Range”, was carried out by order of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office in Mostar and the Municipal Court in Mostar.

The suspects are being taken to the premises of SIPA in Mostar.
