Four Persons arrested at the Border Crossing of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On 24 July 2020, officers of Border Police Unit Velika Kladusa apprehended A.K. (born in 1980), a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Border checks established that he was wanted by the Municipal Court in Travnik for criminal offenses of ‘Aggravated theft’ and ‘Theft’. He was controlled upon entering BiH at International Border Crossing Point Velika Kladusa, and was handed over to Court Police Bihac.

The day before, on 23 July 2020, I.Z. (born in 1995) was apprehended, upon entering BiH at BCP Kamensko. He was found to be wanted by the Municipal Court in Bugojno, the Municipal Court in Livno and Police Station Bugojno for the criminal offenses of ‘Aggravated theft’. Officers of BPU Kamensko handed over the citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia to the officers of the Court Police Department of Canton 10 Livno.

On 23 July 2020, the officers of BPU Orasje apprehended S.Š. (born in 1990), after it was established that he was wanted by the Municipal Court in Tuzla for the criminal offensess of ‘Forgery of a document’ and ‘Possession and enablingthe enjoyment of narcotic drugs’. The BiH citizen was controlled at the entrance to BiH at BCP Šamac, and was handed over to the officers of the Court Police Department of the courts in Posavina Canton.

On 23 July 2020, N.L. (born in 1991) was apprehended upon entering BiH at BCP Hum. It was established that this BiH citizen was wanted by the Basic Court in Vlasenica for serving his prison sentence. Officers of BPU Hum handed N.L. over to the officers of the District Centre of Court Police Istočno Sarajevo.
