Four properties of Agrokomerc from Velika Kladusa were sold on Monday before the Municipal Court in Velika Kladusa by oral public bidding for almost double the total estimated starting price. The seekers of the sale, that is, the court enforcement, were Sulejman Silic and Hasim Grahovic from Velika Kladusa and the company AS from Jelah, who had previously sought judicial settlement of the debts owed to them by Agrokomerc, eKapija business portal reports.
The court eventually ruled on the sale of real estate and did not comply with Agrokomerc’s request that it be withdrawn as long as the company is undergoing temporary financial consolidation at the discretion of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina Government.
Oral bidding to former entrepreneur Kenan Kekic was sold to the former food industry for 1,641,000, although its estimated value was 2,990,791 BAM. The best bid for the former hatchery facility, whose estimated value was 1,609,477 BAM, was given by businessman Agan Kekic of KM 990,000.
The company “Kekic Metali” purchased the land Orlovac in the area of the village of Grahovo for 201,000 BAM, although its estimated value was 397,000 KM. Finally, the best offer for Agrokomerc business premises in the center of Velika Kladusa, which was the only one sold for a higher price than the one requested, was made by the execution seekers Sulejman Silic and Hasim Grahovic.
They allocated 500,000 BAM for this property and its estimated value was 321,750 BAM. The best bidders have a 30-day deadline to pay the bids, and unless they do so for any reason, the next best bidders acquire the right to buy. The interest in the purchase of the aforementioned Agrokomerc property was very high, since a large number of persons applied for oral auction, ie sale, of these properties.
